Graham Platner is a very high-ceiling candidate in Maine with a lot of potential. He's also extremely untested and while he looks promising for Democrats, it's pretty important to have a primary here to see if there are any red flags that bubble up.

I don’t think voters are “selfish little piggies” (or, well, not for this reason alone, at least), I think it’s just very difficult to telegraph the idea that consumer goods prices rising as the result of an emergency aren’t going to go back down once we’re out of it

No inflation was actually high and once prices are up and interest rates are up people simply do not appreciate prices rising less steep.

it’s kind of confusing how old Boo is supposed to be because she has a 90/10 gibberish:word vocab but she also uses the toilet? nitpicky I know but they also had an actual toddler voice her so the mixed verisimilitude is odd

against my better judgment reading the Wikipedia page for Ian Watkins and some of it genuinely doesn’t seem real

evidence of his abuses. 301 Investigators later bypassed the encrypted password to Watkins' laptop, noting that it read "I FUK KIDZ".
