I think this is a great way to organize your time; getting a good productive start to your day sets you up to have a better day at work and stick to a routine.
As someone who wants to work with athletes in the future, I believe that it is important that I model a physically active lifestyle. This might include going to the gym everyday and playing adult league recreational sports.
