Day 20 of #31DaysOfHorror day 20 was Dark Water (2005). Part of the remake every Japanese horror craze of the 2000s, although more of mystery than anything else. A little dull but great cast.

#31DaysOfHorror day 19 and 30 Days of Night (2007) has vampires attack an Alaskan town in the dead of dark winter. Not really scary enough, and a little too silly, to get away with being so po-faced, but certainly has teeth.

#finaldestination2 (2003) is up for day 10 of #31DaysOfHorror. Plot contrivencies to tie it to the first film get ridiculous but ups the anti and has some of the most memorable moments of the series.

#31DaysOfHorror day 7 and #Frightnight (1985). There's no messing around in this classic. Effects haven't aged as well as some other iconic films of the era but it's dripping in 80s style.
