I factory reset the phone I had 2a on, which deleted my discord from the authenticator app. I can't disable 2a or even log into my main on phone because it's asking for a code I have no way of getting. I also can't request the back up codes to my login email, because I'm locked out of said email

Trying to get once settle. I made a backup, but it's now asking for phone verification (my phone is tied to my main), so now I made a SECOND back up (With Authenticator App security) and seeing how that one goes.
