Been a pretty busy day. 5 mile walk to coffee with Wifey (she was happy because a kitty came and greeted us). Saw a Monarch laying eggs on our native Milkweed. Dug some more stump out for our future 5’ defensable space (wild fire stuff).

I'm posting this to raise awareness. Guys don't talk about his stuff, and they really should. Trust me, I've had a previous biopsy that I won't go into detail about, but being put into a MRI machine for about an hour is very much preferred than the biopsy

My urologist had me have a MRI yesterday, and for me, the scans came back clean and lesion free! Thank goodness. That means, no biopsy (which I've had previously, and found nothing, but without the MRI).

Higher level PSA levels can equate to an enlarged gland.
In my case, they have been tracking my PSA for over ten years and it had risen to a level that sometimes can be equated to a higher risk for Cancer being present in the gland.

At a minimum, this can cause issues with going pee. At the extreme end of things, it can mean something much worse, as in Cancer.

Guys, start asking your doctor to check your PSA (prostate-specific antigen) with a simple blood test (no, out of your arm, silly).

I mentioned that I'd been off line due to doctor stuff this week. I'm older, so one of the things that can happen to older guys is an enlargement of their Prostrate.
