Oh yes, I've been using a mood tracker and making notes since earlier this year. Seeing my patterns is what tipped me off. That and a history of antidepressants not working, crashing/burning, and destructive behaviour. Distinguishing mood and emotions is tough sometimes, but I've become attuned :)

It hit like a truck. I've been having mixed hypomanic epsiodes WAY more than the euphoric ones, and this is WHY I've been misdiagnosed for DECADES with just unipolar major depression and anxiety. I JUST learned about mixed hypomania. It makes SO much bloody sense! I also rapid cycle. So that's fun.

Always wondered why it's a weird concept for an anthro character to have a regular animal as a pet. I guess we're so used to thinking of ourselves as so far removed from nature that we forget we are pretty weird animals ourselves?

Excited to say that it was confirmed today that I'll be recieving my first named credit on an animated feature! I do have previous experience in feature work in prop design and some development stuff, but have never been credited as an individual. It was just the service studio as a whole.
