A sign of intelligence is being able to change one's mind based on new evidence.

Refusing to do so is willful ignorance.
I truly hope one day you heal, and you learn to love yourself more. They say "you can't love others if you don't love yourself."

Best wishes & good luck! <3
Oh I see. Based on your profile, you are disagreeing with me because you yourself are vegan.

So, I wonder why you are vegan?

Clearly, you had absolutely nothing to say about actual, willful, casual animal abuse. Worse, you attack the person damning it.

So why are you a vegan? Superiority complex?
2) do you truly believe that willful animal cruelty is equivalent to buying pre-harvested animal meat to consume as food?
Also, since I answered your question, you can answer the two questions I asked that you never replied to:

1) why was your immediate response, to my lengthy post about animal abuse, only to turn it around on me and try to make me into some kind of hypocrite?
Halal and Kosher meats are required to be ethical in these ways. Non-Halal/Kosher methods also exist as standards for raising livestock for food.

Have I passed your inquisition?
I will happily enlighten you:

"Ethical butchering" of an animal for meat is when the butcher kills the animal swiftly, making it so the animal does not feel pain or fear before death. Before death, the animal is raised ethically, rather than being confined to cages and small quarters, and abused.
"Butcher" is the word for harvesting meat from an animal for food, so I used it. I actually changed it to "butcher" from "harvesting" before replying.

You are free to look up "halal" and "kosher" methods of butchering animal meat yourself. But since your aim is to attempt to call out hypocrisy,
As if brazen animal cruelty is the same as eating meat for sustenance?
No. But as much as possible, I try to only eat animal meat that (as far as the company claims) is butchered ethically.

I also give mindful thanks before every meal, especially if it contains animal meat.

I am wondering why your only response to my post is to turn this around on me, though?
I imagine he's even worse off-camera, if he speaks to/about his dog so harshly and poorly on-camera, for all his supporters to see.

A dog that relies on him for his survival and companionship. A dog that thought he was a friend. A dog that doesn't understand what he did wrong, or why he upsets him.
He forces his dog to stay in one spot, for literally HOURS ON END, using a shock collar (which is pretty much NEVER acceptable to use in the first place), while he yells about emotionally-charged subjects. He snaps at his dog and speaks to/about him in a nasty tone.
I don't particularly like cancel culture, and there's a lot of issues with it. But since that seems to be the only way for the rich & powerful or the popular & influential to face even a smidge of real accountability, if anyone should be cancelled, it's animal abusers like Hasan.
And America needs to COMPLETELY OVERHAUL its existing animal rights legislation. Animals don't have NEARLY enough protections from people like Hasan, and it's utterly mind-boggling.

And, frankly, it's fucking heartbreaking.
Cruelty simply doesn't have a home in Liberalism. It doesn't fit with the Left. This is why I didn't condone the violence of BLM, Antifa, the Charlie Kirk shooting, etc. Not only does violence beget violence, but it is simply antithetical to being Liberal.

Hasan needs to be stopped.
True Liberals are not abusive pieces of shit. True Liberals strive to be compassionate, loving people. That is quite literally what being Liberal is predicated on: the understanding that all life is sacred and equal, no one is better than another. That includes animals!!!
He is absolutely destroying any cause he supposedly supports, by being a piece of shit.

Animal cruelty is literally one of the most evil, vile things in my eyes. Particularly when it's directed at an animal that relies on the "human" for survival and companionship.

The Left must denounce Hasan.

Holy shit. Every time I think "corporations can't get more evil, they've hit the bottom of the barrel," they manage to dig even further down into the depths of depravity. Wow.

They and lobbyists both. Fuck them all.

We've been seeing modern slavery in the form of wage slaves, people working 60 hrs/week yet still unable to afford ever-rising living costs, abused & tossed like rags.

Who will be victim to the next genocide? Pregnant women denied abortions? Minorities denied human rights? Journalists? Protesters?
"Make America Great Again", he says.

Whose backs will he break this time in order to achieve that "Greatness"? We've already seen the new Detention Camps, this time for Hispanic people they demonize as "illegal immigrants".
America's entire civilization and immense prosperity is built on the backs of the enormous suffering dealt to anyone who was not The White Man.

& now The White Man wants to rip out the signs, tear up the history books, and rewrite it all. Now he wants to do it all again.
Detention camps for peaceful Japanese Americans who were seen as nothing more than "the enemy";

Cruel subjugation to slavery for law-abiding Black people who were seen as nothing more than "subhuman tools";

A bloody history of carnage & genocide for native people who were here first, thriving;
Frightening. Not because a sign was removed, but because too many Americans already don't even know that America had detention camps for Japanese Americans (like myself) in WWII.

Removal is revisionism & an invitation to repeat the atrocities that should've never happened in the first place:
