As the Like a Dragon series is not typically one with a narrative of rewarding sex pests with positions of prestige and note, there's currently a petition calling for Kagawa's removal from the game, something quite doable given how quickly Pierre Taki was erased. www.change.org/p/remove-ter...

I just realized this site may not have heard boo about the Remove Kagawa movement.

Long story short, Yakuza Kiwami 3 is coming out next year and one of the actors hired to replace an original creation in face and voice is one Teruyuki Kagawa, a sex pest.

Kagawa grabbing the hair of a cabaret club mama-san in a Ginza cabaret club in 2019, photos released to Japanese media in 2022.
