Turns out Natron has a plug in that is exactly what I was looking for. I can now, add Anti-aliasing to my pieces AFTER I'm done with them!

I keep flip flopping between turning Anti-Aliasing on and off in my art

On one hand, it does make pieces look a little better for computers

On the other, it is easier to edit things for animation and drawing with it off.

Short answer, no

Long answer, AA usually can't be retroactively added to the line art after you get it done. With vectors I "can" do it, but it looks weird and causes all kinds of issues.

Anime studios do actually add AA to their shots through plugins which is what I am usually trying to replicate
