Dr. Sylvie Naar and Jonathan Morgan presented at the HIV Implementation Science Symposium, a UF/FSU collaboration. Dr. Naar spoke on tailored motivational interviewing and Jonathan shared on a protocol for a type 2 effectiveness-implementation trial.

Marie Denis-Luque, MPSH, MPH, presented a collaborative paper in progress on "Exploring Organizations' Revenues and Transparency Seal: A Deep Dive Study" at the 2024 ARNOVA Annual Conference in Washington, DC. Marie works with Dr. MacDonell at CTBS as program director in the Health Justice Lab.

Dr. Laura Reid Marks received the William R. Jones Outstanding Mentor Award! 🏆 Her doctoral student, Nicholas Reese, M.A., nominated Dr. Reid Marks and attended the McKnight Fellows in a special celebration at the 39th Annual McKnight Fellows' Meeting and Research & Writing Conference in Tampa FL.
Dr. Iván Balán and his team are working on an new rectal microbicide study via the HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN). The RevUP study compares the safety, adherence, and acceptability of 2 HIV prevention methods and introduces an adherence counseling intervention.
