The #Habs core is decently priced. The Habs won't have to worry about signing the biggest piece until 2030, the next in 2031. With how the salary cap is climbing and climbing each year... the Habs will have room to fill a hole or two.

Re-landing rockets for reuse was first achieved just over 10 years ago, on their 20th try (December, 2015). In 2005 SpaceX released their plans to do so. So recapturing them on a platform where two arms would hold them wouldn't be that much of a stretch of the imagination in 2015.
I'd hate to see the price tag for any mineral mined on the Moon and sent to Earth to get refined. If you think transportation costs here on Earth was crazy... have fun running those margins to make the refinery any profits.

Now dumb people are going to make it out as something bad, the goverment trying to squeeze every penny. The benefit I am getting is from the province and is $4800 if you qualify for the entire amount. Plus it is free - I generally pay ~$90 to get mine filed.
I had no idea a provincial benefit came out this year. I file my taxes so when it started, I got it. It is for low earners + disability. I can see people making the bare minimum not filing their taxes. The first like 17-18k are 0% tax bracket.
