Megadimension V II fr has the best start to a Neptunia game.
It's like Re;Birth 2 but far more refined.
The gameplay changes feel great, NEW PRESENTATION HOLY SHIT, dungeons finally have great atmosphere, and competent design, and characterization is really good.
Absolute we're so back moment.

Thank god I went with V II instead of V IIR, this looks like very stupid desitions for no reason (DLC at least I get licensing, but the rest is bruh).

Yeah, pretty much the exaggeration of the traits of the characters was what did it for me, so it's great to hear V II handles it better overall.
I can also already feel it in how this game is going rn, even in the early stages of it.

I got my answer.
No clue if Re;birth 3 will go alongside it or after it, but at least I'm diving into this one now.
And for once, I can play the OG first instead of being forced into the remake.

If that's the case I'm jumpin there now lmao.
I have bad experiences with forcing myself to play games in release order just to get to the ones I want, so don't wanna repeat that lol.
At worst I may play them by side, but this works thank god.

Do I need Re;Birth 3 for V II, or can I go there without playing Re;Birth 3?
I henuinely don't wanba make Re;Birth 3 even worse by forcing myself to play it before Megadimension.

Having finished CH4, Deltarune is so far a great time.
