除了商业的医疗保险外，还有三种带有政府福利的医保：

1️⃣低收入家庭用政府医保Medicaid，有7770万人用，占人口23%
2️⃣65岁以上的老人用Medicare，占人口20%
3️⃣中产夹心阶层购买奥巴马医保,有4500万人用，占人口13%

很多玛嘎都是社会底层，都离不开1️⃣，政庇的中国人也用这种医保。老年玛嘎和很多通过子女申请到绿卡的中国父母则是用2️⃣。许多中产家庭离开了3️⃣，看病就难了，看完病要背上沉重的医药费。

富人不需要这些政府医保，他们有能力购买快捷优质的医疗服务，只有穷人才迫切需要，但这些人却成了玛嘎，支持川普来取消他们的保命医保。
