Still ongoing. Crazy dreams when I sleep, better sleep too. I picked up a book have finished it as I have nothing to do in bed.

I was told I was never much of a reader/good at reading, but 550~ pages in two weeks ain't bad.

My current experiment on myself is banning my phone from my bedroom. The first reason is to see how much it negatively impacts my sleep. Second, I would love to reduce dependency on a single device for everything.

I'm jealous that folks can listen to new music while doing stuff. If I am doing something and want to listen to music I need it to be something that is baked in to my brain or else I can't focus on what I'm doing or I don't enjoy the music.
