Unsurprisingly, the agent who shot their dog then hid from them and refused to give his name. Even more unsurprising, they did not find any evidence of the migrants they were there to terrorize in the first place.

Y’all really need to push back on these states that are gerrymandering. NC is next.

If you live there, speak up. If you don’t, tell them that you’re not going to visit anymore if they go through with it. North Carolina’s economy depends a lot on tourism. A lot.

And if they do it, then don’t go.

I just got back from a wonderful trip to the western NC mountains. If they do this, it will be my last one. I am not supporting states with my tourism dollars that are not supporting democracy. And I purposely made sure I spent money in some of the hard hit towns from Hurricane Helene.
