At this point i was ready to give up, but i went to contact the CS ant hey helped settle everything and i finally purchased the book. It will probably arrive next month tho 😔
No reading saye v3 until i get the book in my hands 🥲

Asked friend to complete the purchase, but the payment method i wanted to use got an error.
OK FINE. USE THE USUAL ONE THEN.
Friend tried to change but then everything went away, including my membership point. No order history recorded 🙃

Finally friend changed method to WA verification and it worked.
Tried to checkout, couldnt use the voucher bcs apparently it couldn't be combined with the existing 20% discount.
Ok, fine. Let's just take the 20%.

Tried to checkout, couldnt get OTP on my phone
Asked friend to help using her acc, couldnt use the voucher code
Then asked her to use my acc, still needed OTP, still no sms
