LAWSUIT WIN: After Attorney General Phil Weiser and other AGs sued, the DOJ has now dropped its plan to impose illegal conditions on nearly $1.4 billion in Victims of Crime Act funds. In 2024, Colorado’s Office for Victims Programs received just over $21 million in VOCA funds.
