CLO proudly hosts four RWA Labour Market Facilitators - one in Ottawa, one in Hamilton-Niagara, and two in Toronto, who work closely with employers and community partners to advance inclusive hiring across Ontario.
Since 2014, the RWA program has facilitated 4,603 employment outcomes among jobseekers who have a developmental disability, a milestone made possible through strong partnerships and community collaboration.

Each year, #CLOConference closes with reflection and ceremony led by Indigenous artists and knowledge keepers. This year, we were moved to see so many wearing orange in honour of #OrangeShirtDay and the children, Survivors, and families impacted by residential schools.
