Thanks mate. I think they're all tightly entwined. Physical activity obviously has a large effect on insulin sensitivity and helps modulate the immune-inflammatory cascade. Caries can often be the 'canary in the coalmine'- a very evident and 'first seen' marker of prediabetes.

That's not demanding anyone mourn strangers they dislike. That's not condemning violence used in self-defense/wartime. That's not denying that pre-WWII Nazism was dangerous, just as some MAGAs' emulations of pre-WWII Nazism are.

Let the training and nutrition be defined by both the desired outcome and influencing factors like sleep and stress, not just what is 'perfect' according to research on specific outcomes (e.g., increasing volume for hypertrophy).

Volek and Phinney's definitions were (like most) somewhat inaccurate as they were based on gram amounts of CHO but absolute (vs proportional) intakes can vary widely. The best definition is a ketogenic diet is one that elicits nutritional ketosis!
