Just so glad the wild turkeys didn’t eat them!!!!!!!! But then I had a whole daydream about how if the wild turkeys did eat them at least it would make you and Matt laugh so that would be ok, too.

FWIW I did not give my 2yo the gumball anyway bc she’s so picky she would never even try a gumball, she just wanted to see it go down the chute!!!

A rare perfect parenting summed up moment yesterday when my 2yo asked for a gum ball from the gumball machine but I didn’t have a quarter so a random dad kindly offered me one and simultaneously the lady who worked at the store scolded me bc my 2yo might choke on the gum ball.

My 5yo just said “I like Nightmare Before Christmas bc in the beginning he doesn’t know anything about Christmas, in the middle he knows a lot about it but not how to make it happen and in the end he fixes everything” and I swear that’s a better description of how plot works than I’ve ever read

Breweries are way different now, lots of kids playing, ice cream, food trucks, games, playgrounds. Nobody’s getting thrown at the sandbox, we are all having a good time together and the parents aren’t getting wasted, they’re eating and hanging and having a beer or two.

Saw that Starbucks now has cold foam lattes with added protein in the cold foam and like…I just think it’s enough with the protein. Some things can just be a little treat!!!!
