I learned how to model game assets on 3ds max 7 and gmax in 2004 so I have a severely grounded belief that all models need to be optimized for tri count, quads suck, sculpting is for video card box art, and normal maps are a myth that can’t hurt you

Went to go practice piano at one of my usual spots today only to find out I had access to a digital church organ. So I did the only thing I knew how to do and found college curriculum for organ students and figured out which books to print/buy secondhand

Midnight class changes look miserable, too much flavor being removed from things. MTG is a trainwreck of external IP. WWE is probably going to be bought by the Saudi government in the next 5 years. It's no wonder I spend so much time studying and going out of my way to interact with people IRL.

when the AI boom started all the machine learning, pre-made chatbot/phone trees just got rebranded to be called AI. A ton of non-LLM stuff is being called AI now
