Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker is working with Mercy Culture Church, aligning with White Christian Nationalism.
Atatiana Jefferson was shot and killed in her own home by a Fort Worth police officer on October 12, 2019.

On October 11, 2025, the annual Pull Up For Tay parade was held, walking through Atatiana’s neighborhood. As Patrice Jones tells us “Let’s get us some real change”
