This is the first minute of a short video I made with time lapse files I took of Bianca in the months before she passed. I share this with love & joy & some sorrow but mostly the first 2. Being outside together was a new thing -Bianca was the first cat I trained. BEST thing we did together 🩵🐾💚🐾

When Bernard and his sister Bianca were kittens, I used to put ping-pong balls in the bathtub and they would have a Ball going in there and batting them around

I feel like there’s a cultural phenomenon in very very different spheres of American society, but the idea behind this phenomenon remains the same, it’s specifically about proving you’re the best at self denial in favor of Group success. It’s basically a martyr contest. Not always martyrs though.

Just wanted to make sure everybody was aware that I have absolutely no evidence to support this thesis about orange cats being attractive to eccentric people for adoption

My mother favorite color is orange and let’s just say anti-modern New England Protestant, Anglo folk are not known for spicy 🌶️
