I'm looking for books or articles on giving useful feedback at work. Particularly ones that recognize neurodiversity and do NOT focus on personality and acknowledge that gender, race, ethnicity, etc, affect the types of feedback people give and receive.
If you haven't looked yet, it's worse than you're imagining. I seriously checked the URL 3 or 4 times to make sure it wasn't a satire site.
