Just finished 👀 Mate by Ali Hazelwood.

I burned through this one and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Snarky Serena, grumpy Koen, an impossible situation, and all great.

It was told in single POV, but I loved how we got glimpses of Koen's POV via each chapter introduction.
Just finished 🎧 A Duke in Shining Armor by Loretta Chase.

This was a delight! With top notch banter it had me giggling.

The narration by Kate Reading was great and certainly added to my enjoyment.
Don’t miss the author’s very thorough and illustrated notes on LGBTQ and Black people in regency England.
Just finished 👀 I Shall Never Fall in Love by Hari Conner.

This was such a beautiful book, which is a retelling of Jane Austen’s Emma with a twist

The art in this graphic novel is stunning, bringing to life the idyllic countryside and the fashions of the day.
Have I said this was dramatic? Even their wedding day was full of drama. Then we had Linnie’s loud and chaotic family, sea battles and more.

Overall good fun.

Thank you Montlake and NetGalley for supplying this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.
Just finished 👀 The Captain by Christi Caldwell. Out 21 October

This book was all about the drama!

Linnie has been in love with “man who can’t feel feelings”, Jeremy, since she was a child. For reasons, including revenge, they marry.
Just finished 🎧 No Ordinary Duchess by Elizabeth Hoyt.

It's an absolute travesty that Elizabeth Hoyt's publisher isn't continuing with this series!

This book was amazing and I want more of the Greycourts.
I also didn’t feel as if there was much connection between Leo and Josie other than instalust. They seemed too self absorbed, though this may have been the first person POV.

Thank you Avon and Harper Voyager and NetGalley for supplying this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.
This was OK. I didn't really enjoy the story. It was a bit too obvious and the mystery was solved too easily. I'm not familiar with Anastasia (this is a retelling) and maybe I would have appreciated it more if I was.
Locke and Portia’s HEA was hard won. With Lorraine Heath piling on the secrets and heartbreak.

There were tears. I loved this book!

And now. How am I going to read the Marquess’s story?
The Marquess of Marsden has been a star of the Hellions of Havisham series and he really came into his own here. It’s his machinations that lead to his son, Locke, marrying Portia in a marriage of convenience.
Currently reading 👀 The Gilded Heiress by Joanna Shupe.

Thank you Abigail Kelly for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.
I love the dragon shifters in Abigail Kelly's New Protectorate world. They are such big softies for their mates.

I also loved being introduced to the nymph lore and their deep connection to their land and ancestors.
Well! The wait for Taevas’ HEA was well worth it!

I loved this story of dragon shifter, Taevas, and nymph, Alashiya.

There were so many good things about this story. Beautifully written, it had suspense and action as well the deliciousness of a powerful dragon shifter brought low.
The romance is more of a subplot that the star of the show. Told in single POV, Margot, our female protagonist’s story is much more fleshed out. But this in no way detracts from the story.

Thank you Lindsay Barrett for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.
This is a gem of a book and you should read it.

It is heart wrenching, a little scary and alot amazing.

Beautifully written, I couldn’t put it down.
Currently reading 👀 The Dravenhearst Brides by Lindsay Barrett. Out 9 October: www.lindsaybarrettbooks.com/shop.

And I really want more of Pete, Emil's older woodcarving brother.

Thank you Kat Sterling for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.
