One reason why words & talking can be of limited value in working w/ CPTSD is that years of living in survival mode have "taught" us words can be cheap-- that to be truly safe, we need to look past what someone says, to their behavior, their energy, their consistency.

I used to watch the UK version around 2016, when I first became a US feeder, and by default on Survivor Sucks. This past BB27 didn’t quite itch my scratch, so I’m trying with this season of BBUK.
