🌿Hey Foliage Artists, I've launched 2 more #substancedesigner nodes, streamlining the atlas creation process. More plants, less spaghetti. 🍝

See the Gumroad and YouTube pages, as well as the thread for more details!

I really gotta learn Ucupaint, it's always looking more and more powerful. Gonna grab that early access when I get a minute 🔥
About to be my next obsession, thank you very much!
We all do it, you wouldn't be the first! 😂 Good luck!
Remember your training and go that pace. Way too easy to get excited and try to pass everyone, just to burn out and have them all pass you again. 😂
Been playing around with #InstaMAT again lately. Taking a break from making trash piles to then pixelate said trash piles. Between the ability to dynamically bake down rigibody simulations and create custom image processing via Atom Graphs, I think I'm in love.
Oooh, he said the thing! 🤣
You have changed the trajectory of my life with this. :o
Totally makes sense! Is your game jam public? Would love to check it out!
Are you guys interested in freelancers?
I'd read it! Love me some Green Day.
That is gorgeous, that's just a material?? :o
What's your secret? 🤔
Had "Node Guy" in my bio with a bunch of Substance Designer related posts, a recruiter kept reaching out about Node.js jobs before I finally had to break the news that I did not know the first thing about Node.js... 🙄
Respectfully, yuck, in the best way possible haha.
Oh no, that's how I've been saying it this whole time 😅
Well, these were supposed to be GIFs but I guess Bsky doesn't support that yet. :/
The Plant Nodes work across all input texture channels, and integrate seamlessly with each other. Your graphs have never been quicker to make or looked as clean.
Finally, Plant Press let's us assemble all of our cutouts onto one atlas, easily. Simply plug in up to 4 different cards per node and let Plant Press take care of compositing your maps for you! It even handles bark textures and makes them seamless for you, no manual work required.
Plant Splint helps straighten out any curved or bent foliage cutouts. It can be challenging to map bent cutouts onto 3D models, so Plant Splint aims to make straightening them fit seamlessly into the atlas creation process before you even get to 3D!
