It doesn’t have to always be about killing someone either, you could be having to break into a building to steal information or extracting someone from a building etc.
Open world and being a spy couldn’t be more compatible to be honest. Making your own way through an open world gaining intel and identifying marks and being pursued by rival spies could have been so good.
We just don’t have enough spy games. I remember this and The Agency both being in development around the same time and couldn’t have been more excited. And we got neither. Even the new Bond doesn’t look like a real spy game.

Ghost of Yotei is really heating up! The game just gets better and better.
Yeah I felt about 200 years old with that one.
Still, less wankery than 1,3 and 5 though.
Yeah 2 is more my vibe than the rest.
Not saying the weather effects are shit just that it was set in the UK and the weather is shit here.
3 and 5 definitely a bit OTT but felt 4 was more in line tonally to 2. Though with shit weather.
I have only just started Forza Horizon 2, I’ve played all the others in the series to death but somehow skipped this. It might be myfavourite. Even with former Grange Hill star Sean Maguire in it.
