I found and mapped every London pub almost shut by council noise complaints last year for @londonermag.bsky.social

Often only one neighbour would complain about issues as small as "faint giggles" but they'd still succeed.

The environment is important to Londoners, but not as important as housing, crime and the economy, all areas Khan is perceived to have performed badly in since 2016.

Irrespective of what I think will happen, it'll be interesting to see how the bookies would price a Runcorn by-election. Whoever doesn't start as favourite, I'd imagine they'd present some decent value: I'd probably price Labour and Reform as pick'em
