Sleeping makes like no sense. Yeah ill lay down on a platform and not move at all or think consciously and then a few hours later ill get up and pretend nothing happened. Deranged. Id prefer not to do that

Yeah I completely agree, authenticity hiring only really works when the person is actually talented enough or has the necessary skill to be in the field, there are plenty capable people who exist in the industry of every skin color and culture

Yeah, sure. I don’t think anyone should face discrimination on their skin color. Like I’d probably make an argument that authentic hiring has been a good thing in recent time to promote diversity but only if it doesn’t result in people’s jobs being taken away and I totally agree with your take.

Yeah absolutely, I’m also all for diversity in voicecasting and I don’t ever think we should limit that opportunity on a factor alone, I haven’t really seen anyone argue the contrary but maybe that opinion has been floating around! Not here though, I’m fully against discrimination in the workplace.
