Tbh, opinion writers should not exist at this point. They serve no purpose.

How about reporting on what's happening and digging deep. Not this superficial chasing sensation. Like,actually investigating. Ask hard questions and not let up.

I quit Spotify way back when they platform to Joe Rogan and gave him bazillions of dollars to run his garbage mouth.

Ugh, I can't imagine dealing with back pain for that long. Mine came on very recently, and my doctor recommended exercise, so I got a trainer. I think this has been helping quite a bit, when I don't overdo it that is. Lately have been throwing back more nsaids than I'd like.
