The villains use the dark side, its methods and purposes as stated in the movies are UNNATURAL. They want to cheat death, prolong unnatural life, return from the dead.

The Jedi are the opposite, they become one with the force, its a natural progression of life. They do not seek to return from death

There's no wrongs about character deaths. As GL explained, he wrote SW to also deliver life lessons for those just entering their initial road to adulthood and responsibility. The prequel trilogy teaches those lessons on accepting death as importantly as one accepts life, but it's a lesson wasted..

The assumed politics don't outweigh the obvious nonsensical facts that the heroes in SW, unlike the villains; do not magically spawn a new body and unnaturally return to life. Their deaths have meaning, purpose and repercussions. You reverse that and those films become pointless.

Then ask who next?

A heroes death is something that happens with meaning! A Jedi's ultimate sacrifice as a selfless act is dying for a cause.

You reverse that and everything, the cause, the meaning.. just becomes utterly pointless.

Once you start bringing popular characters back to life you open a Pandora's box of stupidity. You literally have no excuse to leave anyone dead ever again. Hence why Lucas made SW with life important lessons for young fans to mature into because accepting death is a natural, necessary part of life.

It doesn't matter who runs, the people who really decide who wins, are the wealthy 1% donors, the media and tech giants who manipulate the social media, the reporting, the search results and ultimately whoever Elon Musk's hackers chose to infiltrate swing-state voting machines for, again..!
