Honestly, you can play them in any order if you want. The most recent one is XI and it's mostly a self-contained story and an AMAZING JRPG overall!

The first three games are part of a trilogy, but chronologically, it's recommended that you play III first and then the first two 👀

Yeah, it's a real challenge getting over those big difficulty spikes. Some of the random battles can be very devastating too!

I have almost all side stuff completed, and I never really cared about getting trophies in open world games, but I'm very happy for all of the things I've done and experienced in Yōtei 😌

I'll have great things to say in my review/final thoughts, so please look forward to that this weekend 🙏

I've been playing Ghost of Yōtei for 2 weeks now and I'm almost 65 hours into the game, so I think it's time to finally finish the rest of the story (still at about 70%). It's been so nice playing this open world game in small doses because of night work, but the burnout is getting real now 😩

I totally agree! If it ever got remade, an HD-2D remake would be the way to go instead of a full-blown 3D game. I'd still welcome that, but it would have to be done RIGHT

I totally feel that. Games with accessibility really help, like pressing a button instead of holding it down. I used to be a great button masher, but not anymore 😭
