Is "Todoist" a Typo for "To do List", or a "Trademarked Concept"?
Absolute certainty, not hedging your bets
I remember re-imaging that station.....it was not a war zone
I remember when there was a difference between comics and newspapers
Not sure why Carr was there if it was a Comedy festival
Two other things can be true:
1. The aspirational middle class can say "Poor people should just work harder if they need more money"
2. The aspirational middle class can feel angry that they are paying high marginal tax rates, but complain rather than "just working harder"
The curse of the Guardian strikes again. Intelligent, experienced writer decides a Labour Government is betraying the ideals of the Scott Trust, becomes hysterically exaggerated in his opinions and then settles down happily to criticizing sensibly during 14 years of Right Wing Governments
Not convinced the Tories have a plan for the "exposure", they're just thrashing around looking to hit Starmer. It's a complex issue, irrelevant to voters, in Starmer's comfort zone, so I'd be surprised if he's in trouble about it. In the real world, everyone knows China is a threat, but we need them
Badenoch made such a big play on it, looked flat-footed, kept going....difficult for her to drop it now. 90% of people just don't care, so unless she has some real evidence still hidden this feels like a lose/lose for her
It feels like another Dan Hodges story, geared to whip up anti-Starmer anger, with the "evidence" repeatedly falling away.
...."plan".....they mean the Nobel Plan?
I used it qiute often perviously, but found it confused my topys
Yep, I had 2 Shakespeare, Dickens, Chaucer and "Modern" poetry.....
That doesn't narrow it down....more of a qualification than a name
Nope....they are "reducing" it from £63.12 to £63, from Novemeber, then increasing it in March each year....I've read it 4 times, have no idea (it's a VIP Offer!!!!!).
Perhaps someone from BT can explain how their renewal offer isn't a lie.

£63.00 a month for 24 months
From 31 March 2026 £67.00
From 31 March 2027 £71.00
Yep, but that would stop them using the flags to make people they don't like feel unwelcome.....
Increasingly shrill, but still, rightly, ignored
Same here. Idiots put up 100 or so a month ago. Council took them down. Back up the next week. Who pays?
I'm still confused about what Labour could do about it "now". Work on improving relations?...done. Rejoin European institutions?...done. Say we'll stay in the ECHR?....done. Ask to rejoin while Reform/Brexit Tories may win the 29 GE?....do you think the EU have time to waste?
Yep, you begin to wonder how many national leaders Russia has supported into power, bribed, or blackmailed to have gained & retained the influence they have, despite their crumbling economy and outdated fear-driven military
Similarly, I have to admire advertising agencies that manage to sell adverts for 5 bedroom luxury houses that pop up, irritatingly, on Wordle. Who buys a house based on a pop-up advert, especially one that annoys you?
My theory is that Tories believe he should be "one of them", and dislike him for his "tribal disloyalty"
