The developer has worked tirelessly and patiently on this project for years, creating a wonderful project so far. Unfortunately, the developer wants to downsize the project's final phase, reducing the number of homes by 116 (aka only 27% of what they proposed).
The Agrihood is one of the first projects our members ever scored, and the project that inspired the creation of Catalyze SV!

Catalyze SV members gave an unusually low score of 2.75 out of 5 to the Pleasant Hills proposal that our members scored in Nov. 2024.

City of Campbell staffers helping lead this Transportation Plan are: Matthew Jue, Rob Eastwood, & Tiffany Hudson.
Emma created a great route for 15 cyclists to join us from 10-12 pm. We stopped at 4 point, including in parks + along the Los Gatos Creek Trail. We asked for input from cyclists on how the City's forthcoming Multimodal Transportation Plan can make #bicycling easier & safer in Campbell.
What a fun Friday as our org helped lead a Bike & Roll Audit in Campnell earlier this month!

Grateful to be on a team with Alta Planning + Design and Fehr & Peers hired to help the City with its #communityengagement.

​On Friday, September 19, Transform will host a Park(ing) Day Parklet Pop-Up in Downtown San Jose’s Historic District outside of Mezcal Restaurant.

This global day of action transforms stagnant streetspace into vibrant public spaces.
