"Da's no' frightening!" He's a giant, but that means safety and protection. He's laird, but so he can care for them all. Even when he's cross, he isn't cruel. "I'll tell Marsali that he knits wee capes so the kids and calves willna be cold," Bree decides. "She canna be frightened of him then."
