A1. When I was a kid, my mom went to my librarian before summer break and requested books about our vacation destination--a three week national park tour. Those were the only books we had to read! What an amazing librarian I had who curated and loaned all of those to us! #AASLSLM #TLSky

I’m trying it for the first time this year and the wise advice I got was loading all the read aloud videos several weeks in advance so all the kids can access them to listen to.

That's how I feel and I've struggled a bit with the planning. The topic is fine, but I'm thinking I have to decide on the art plan a bit more than I usually do. A bit more prescribed I think.

In the second half of January I weeded a lot in our 900s. January circulation in the section was 118% of December's and we had fewer January school days.

I weed. I know weeding makes a difference. It's nice to see it in the data.

My big goal today is to watch all of the Netflix fireplaces. So far Fireplace for your Home is the runaway winner, Mid-Century Modern a solid runner up, and The Witcher Fireplace more cozy than I was expecting. Family Pack Fireplace is in progress. #snowday

When you bring your gerbils home for break and your house has a cat.

Mochi and Cocoa Bean’s wire gerbil enclosure were s covered with a cardboard fortress.

Today was the first day of recording for a third grade project. We are making a small audiobook library for their grade. After getting them started and settled I looked around the library and every single kid was sitting in a spot reading aloud. It felt like magic. #SchoolLibraries #TLSky
