Week 6 post leg surgery.

Today is the first day I’ve felt real progress in terms of walking again.

Managed to walk 15+ minutes without my crutch; albeit slowly and painfully.
Slowly getting there!

I’ve been craving fast food since my leg surgery as I’ve been eating pretty healthy for 5 weeks.
Finally caved in on my evening physio walk 🩼

That dirty chicken KFC tasted sooo damn good, it worth walking slowly in pain 😂🍗

Day 29 post leg surgery.

I can walk better & faster. Taking half the time to walk as previous weeks. Wound is healing into a beautiful scar!

7-10 days hopefully I will be back to normal walking & 1 month back to light training 🤞🏽

Repping #NFFC around South London as always.

Target achieved 🎯

Mentally & physically I am in a better place.
Giving up was my choice and I am happier for it.
Each to their own, but I don’t miss it, all at.
