Thanks. It's a really easy recipe. Cheaters really. Takes ferment time down by half. My colour is off because I used a dark soy (1tbsp) in my paste. I like the smoky sweet flavor so it's more burnt orange than red.

Used up a bunch of my master dough that needed a feed. Took the discard and added some more flour, water, roasted garlic oil and salt. Over night cold proof after many hours of stretch and folds yesterday. Turned out perfect. 🍞🍽️🍜 #losttogetheracres #breadsofbsky #homemade #bread
