Uncle Tom's Cabin was based on the real life experience of Josiah Henson, who made it to Canada. His cabin was in Southern Ontario. In the novel, his cabin was a refuge on a plantation. He wrote his autobiography shortly before Stowe's fictional version. He is a Canadian hero. ❤️🍁
