I'm running a trail marathon outside of Louisville with 4000 ft. of elevation gain in about six weeks so the terrain wasn't a concern... just was worried that maybe it was right next to an insane asylum 👻👻👻

And then you discover that half of it is a trail through the woods. At night. And you should probably turn around but you run trails all the time so it's no big deal, right?

The thing about being somebody who likes to walk places is sometimes you find a place for dinner that's just across the river and you think "great, that's an easy walk." And then when you look up how to get there and see this, you think "that's not so bad."
