It’s safe to assume most Nashvillians don’t know what lights are whose responsibility, so one ticket that determines which department to contact would be preferred.

I had trouble reporting lightning under over passes in the past. I would receive emails from NES saying i needed to to contact Metro Lighting with a phone number that directed back to hubNashville. After several attempts someone told me to use the other option.

One of these goes to Metro Lighting and one goes to NES. If you pick the wrong one you get an email saying “that’s not our light, contact the other people”. Both selections ask the same questions, including pole number, which is only relevant to NES street lights.

The airport bus frequency is so low that if you miss it you’re screwed.

I think i ruined this show for my sister and her wife. I pointed to the thumbnail and said “people are saying it’s real dumb”, “like Sharknado, but they meant that as a compliment”. They are fans of the various 911 shows. My SIL kept saying “this is bad” and “they ruined our show.”
