I can recommend Acronis True Image + a storage box from Hetzner as external storage copy in the cloud. Reasonably priced, easy to set up and easy to recover from if needed.

Testing under extremly bad conditions (Device 4x slower than avg; slow internet (160 kb/s)) and it still playable. (Blue bar shows images it wants to pre-load)
