Такие заживленные порезы не всегда обозначают членовредительство.
Такие объемные заживленные участки возникают из за того что рваная рана была широкая, и ее хирургически стягивали и зашивали прищипывая края раны.
У меня самого такие же шрамы как на картинке после знакомства с цепью электропилы.
