It's that time of year where I wat to depression play WoW or osrs
I win by completing and submitting the game in time 😎
yup, GameDev. tv Halloween Jam 2025. less than 5 days left!
never mind, I'm going to scrap everything and reuse what I can to make a walking simulator. Hopefully done before the gamejam ends!
All that'd be left: Some sfx, a light to flash on/off, a model for the goal, a main menu, and then copy/pasting this entire thing to make different 'levels' that are all actually the same
tbh this is such ass lmao.
Who woulda thought that redlight/greenlight solo would be unfun (this is a sarcastic remark).
I don't think I have any time to make something else and I really don't feel like going any further!
Maybe I bow out
This is the best thing I've ever drawn because I can always use it to perfectly encapsulate how I feel
I really don't feel like coding today!
animating a walk in blender is actually so easy if you don't care about it looking good
uhh gam jam day 4
quickly animated a skeleton asset in blender and made it chase the player cube if you get close
mantis pit to take a break from the game jam
I do not enjoy trying to make even the most bare bones
oh my god making a UI is such ass
Day 2 game jam update!
Made a coin in blender! Successfully added a timer with variance in it's duration!
Day 1 of game jam: After three hours, i managed to make a cube move
I've made two things that can technically be classified as games. So if that makes me a dev, then I am a dev!
I made ONE 3d model that's "properly" rigged and wrote a single program in c# that generates stats for DnD. Obviously, i am well equipped to learn Unity in 2 days and make a 3d game for the jam😎
Gonna go join another game jam as a solo dev with a brand new game engine I've never used before 😗
Last one I made was last year! Time to at it again
I'll always remember my first blender model...
Blender. It's free! With a ton of tutorials and community around it to keep googling solutions
