Hey there!

Game Updates: Decided to temporarily drop my Bittersweet Music game. While I was super excited to get the story out into the world, the game just wasn't exciting for me to make.

In other news, I've started a new game which I'll keep secret for now 😉

Little over 9 days left for the current #gamejam and I've gotten a lot of the general mechanics sorted out. The physics system isn't perfect but I think it makes it more fun.

Will get some testing done soon hopefully once I get the #artwork in the game.

I've come to a problem in my #code and I've been trying to figure it out on my own. Yesterday, I decided to ask for help on reddit and people are mean. They tell me my code is "spammy and inefficient" (totally agree) but then they don't help me to improve and only belittle me further #gamedev

I studied digital Animation and game design and development at Kennesaw State.
I think it was WELL worth it because it gave me structured art classes, something I struggled with on my own.

I ended up with more opportunities because of my improved skills.

I take back what I said about #Renpy being super easy. It's still relatively easy but I'm used to using c# where the only thing that is case sensitive are the variables I make not True and False.
Rewriting code right now to make future progress easier and it's coming along nicely

My drawing skills are perfectly consistent, as long as the room’s the right temperature, I slept just enough, ate well, have zero plans later, my chair feels right, my internet’s stable, I’m wearing my cozy hoodie, no one texts me, and I don’t remember that one embarrassing thing from 10 years ago.

Finally got a little save system implemented into my game AND I got a basic inventory system working too. Plus I got a new keyboard last weekend and now click-clacking on my keyboard to code is much more fun
