Another brilliant illumination for #LightUpForLiver, this time East Cowes Town Hall on the Isle of Wight, which lit up green to raise awareness of #LiverCancer on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week!

Regularly drinking over the recommended limit increases the risk of developing #LiverDisease and #LiverCancer.

Remember:

👉 Don't drink more than 14 units of alcohol in a week
👉 Spread drinking out over several days
👉 Have 2 to 3 alcohol-free days a week
