Or on other roads. I parked up and walked back to take some photos today. Only a couple of cars pulled over as they passed me, at speed.
Call me namby-pamby but I slow down and pull over for pedestrians. Manners and safety; imo

Making somewhere easier to get to and around has mixed blessings. The number of peeps at Skye honey pits, I'll let that one lie, and then the NC 500 peeps whiz round & pull off road onto verges rather than reversing to a lay-by because they have 4x4 😬 🤬

I think they've pretty smart. They perch in a large tree near to us and swooped down. Our birds have some protection from the yew which covers most of our garden but even so they get a fair few

I found young people used to scroll and flick so quickly and couldn't summarise accurately what they'd read. Was wondering if over time people are slowing down digital reading and taking the info rather than scrolling rolling semi blindly.

Wonder if peeps are becoming better at digital reading. Previous research suggested paper reading improved comprehension? I have theories about this 😏 but no evidence 😆
