Once Angela was gone, the place started to descend.

It's sad that she helped precipitate the current anti-immigration sentiment by her humane decision to allow refugees in. If it had been more gradual, perhaps the feelings wouldn't be as strong.

My easy fix:

* Tighten environmental regulatory system immediately.
* Complete and immediate moratorium on clearing of any green spaces.
* No new fossil fuel facilities of any kind.
* Phase out ff
** subsidies by 2030.
** exports by 2040.
** power generation by 2040.

No ifs, no buts.
