We're talking about two entirely different things, buddy
Yes, social media sites are famous for going to court to adjudicate TOS violations.

Bill Mantlo & Mike Golden et al went in pretty darn hard on the idea of a hyper-rich ruling class headed by a supposedly all-powerful tyrant in the first year of Micronauts. Maybe it all went under the radar because the comic was “just” a licensed tie-in. For a toy book, it’s absolutely hardcore 👊
Turns out that magic number isn't really meaningful when you take a close look at the studies, but still, it's a nice target.
Note that not all of their posts are clear violations of the Hatch Act; those that specifically call out the Democratic Party, however, seem the most blatant ones to me.
Correct. The user promised not to do crimes. The user violated federal law. The user is in violation of the TOS. Yes?
You think *selective* enforcement of their TOS reduces their liability?
Hey @aaron.bsky.team a bunch of new accounts arrived today that are posting in violation of federal law, any plans to rein them in?
Every other post from these accounts is a clear Hatch Act violation, so I’m sure reporting them for illegal activity will get them yanaked pretty quick.

Right?
Reported a glaring violation of law regarding the DHS bluesky account.
Counterpoint: anyone who can look at Safeway's frozen pizza aisle without thinking mankind has taken a wrong turn somewhere is missing part of their soul
One ice cream brand had three different kinds of _vanilla_ ice cream, which misses the entire fucking point of vanilla ice cream.
The first time I went into a Safeway when I quit using Whole Foods delivery, I felt a wave of crushing depression in the frozen pizza aisle when contemplating that it's someone's job to figure out the right number of Digiorno Four Cheese Croissant Crust vs Digiorno Rising Crust Supreme to order.

Wow. Sidney Reid, the DC woman just found not guilty of assaulting an FBI agent, issues a withering and gutsy statement on Trump through her attorneys.

"I feel sorry for the prosecutors really, who must be burdened by Trump's irrational and unfounded hatred for his fellow man."

It's a must-read:
Hey I stopped seventeen wars before breakfast today. And my tiger-repellent capabilities are at an all-time high.
Yep. This nonsense should never have gotten charged, but having gotten to that point, this is the jury trial system working as it’s supposed to.
